If you have ordered items from abroad or are waiting for a shipment and are wondering where your package is, you must contact the shipping agent.

Your items are transported by a shipping agent, for example Posten. Norwegian Customs neither transports nor stores shipments.
If you don't know who is transporting your shipment, you must enquire with the seller or the one sending you the shipment.
If you are told that the shipment is being customs processed, this does not entail that Norwegian Customs is in possession of the shipment. It is the shipping agent who handles practical matters concerning customs clearance and who will know where your shipment is.
