The payment information is in the top right-hand corner of the fixed penalty notice. The claim can be paid via the online bank or via the  The Norwegian National Collection Agency`s (Statens innkrevingssentral) website. You must contact The Norwegian National Collection Agency (Statens Innkrevingssentral) if you have any questions regarding the payment itself.  For more information about payment, deferred payment or installment arrangements, see  The Norwegian National Collection Agency`s (Statens innkrevingssentral) website.

 If you have not paid within 7 days, you will receive a new invoice from Statens Innkrevingssentral.

A digital fixed penalty has been issued, and your telephone number has been provided to receive a receipt for confiscated goods and payment information for the fixed penalty.

Were you presented with a fixed penalty on paper during the inspection? If so, it has been accompanied by an invoice. If you signed on a phone or tablet, it was submitted digitally, but the wrong phone number may have been registered.

1. Click on the link provided in the SMS.

2. Enter the password. The password will always be the date of birth of the person who accepted the fixed penalty, in the format DDMMYYYY. For example, if your date of birth is January 1, 1980, enter "01011980".

3. The document is displayed as a pdf file. The fixed penalty notice can be downloaded if necessary.

Important: The link to the fixed penalty notice in the SMS expires after 30 days. If the link has expired, it can be re sent - contact the Norwegian Customs Service if necessary.

If you have questions beyond this, you can contact the Norwegian Customs Authority Remember to enter the reference number of your fixed penalty listed in the SMS that was sent with the fixed penalty notice. If you do not have the reference number available, we need the following information; inspection time, place and type of goods that was confiscated.
