Here you can send questions for the Norwegian customs. If you already have a case number you must use the form in Altinn.

  Problems with the contact form

During the period of 16 – 29 October, many inquiries sent to us via the contact form have been deleted by an unfortunate technical error.

The error was rectified on the 29 October. If you have sent us an inquiry during this period and you have not received an answer, please send us your inquiry again.

This applies even if you received an e-mail from us confirming that we had received your inquiry. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

 

We are answering e-mails on weekdays between 08.00 AM and 3.30 PM.

For general inquiries, you can expect to receive a respons within five business days.
