There is no requirement for any form of login with personal information.
The information we collect with the analytics solution is stored on servers in Europe (Cloud). The information is the property of Norwegian Customs and is not transferred to any third parties.
The information stored cannot be directly linked to a specific IP address.

When chatting with us, some chat-specific cookies are set by Telia, the provider of the chatbot Tolliver.
Humany is the tool used to manage chat communication on our websites, including interactions with the chatbot. The cookies set by Humany are used to manage various aspects of the chat session.
